They agreed to postpone their obligations for 1 year. Consequently, creditors do not give them now. They also paid consulting companies for their services with shares. And look at the prices. They paid at the market rate without any discounts. And consequently it is good, since holders of these shares will not sell them cheaply. They are waiting for something more. Great news or maybe PR.
