Read an article yesterday pertaining to the latest DOD budget that the DOD was looking to lawmakers for authorization to use non FDA approved medical devices and drugs in case of war. Thought that could have real precedence here should their request be approved.

My post are my opinions, and are based on the deep intellectual understanding of the pool guy. I have no advice only fun.
