Add a 3 or 4 in front of the 13 today on the UPside and a continued march from there for weeks on end!

WHO CARES if they don't file today!! Really? Big deal. Clearly they have a lot going on and with the new symbol change and the possibility of multi billion dollar entities merged into the new symbol, yeah, it may take a few weeks longer.

I think END of YEAR is when the company IMO is planning on having all i's dotted and t's crossed as they want 2018 to be the FULL production and trading on larger exchange to happen gearing up for the 2019 China MANDATED energy efficient car quota.

Partnerships possible and big names dropped using our technology. We have FIVE plants people! WHY would a company have ONE plant let alone FIVE unless really gearing up for something?? THINK!!!!
