Pitiful isn’t it? So they hire promoters to create volume and dump into the pump.

Even the company says the cash received is largely from the issuance of debt by way of convertible notes and the sale of common stock.  

The timing on the recent huge volume of average weighted trades dumped from block positions was not a coincidence.
