Can someone please clarify this measure for me.....

Is this yield per harvest, month, quarter, or year????

And how many plants or square footage per light? I read somewhere in their site that each plant occupied 7 sqft and there were 4 plants per light....

I´m just trying to get the yield per plant per year or the yield per square footage of production space.
