So this management team really seems to now be specialists in NOLs. I would not be at all surprised to see RCP begin to deploy a significant portion of their AUM in the service of monetizing the massive universe of NOLs currently hanging out on corporate balance sheets, especially failed biotechs. Why wouldn't you buy a dollar's worth of tax credit value for .35 cents over and over and over again?

What's not so clear to me right now is how such deals might be structured. But I expect we'll be shown.
