What other explanation is there ?

They are talking to several potential partners all of whom are not offering enough money to justly pay for the product

Maybe they will find someone who will pay what they want
Otherwise why the delay ? Small deals are hammered out in lawyers offices in weeks

In the meantime they are manufacturing the product and warehousing it so if they a partner they can get the product to market quickly and start to make money


Thats how I read this 10q

I certainly would like to be wrong
