As for So who filed the change of control from MMEG back to VZ Networks?
I don't know, hope you can find some docs for us.


So MMEG controls VZ holdings. MMEG controls Poolwork, and now under insolvency it is back to VZ holdings (while MMEG still in control of VZ holdings).
