If Cannaseed gets evicted, McKowen is not paying his rent, Turn will wind up having to write off all the revenue AGAIN and then try to find a new tenant AGAIN and give six months free rent AGAIN.

Why shareholders would keep their money in such operation where everyone is pulling money out of the till before shareholder receive one dime is beyond me.

The company has to pay millions to repair a dam that they have been trying to avoid repairing for years until the court ordered them to do so.
