If I am correct about warrants being exercised today, the share price will have to stay above $1.60 tomorrow in order for the Series C warrants to be exercised.

Additionally, as long as the share price is below $1.84 the Preferred Shares Conversion Plan to common shares is currently stopped and the second bi-monthly installment on November 15 won't happen....according to the December 14 meeting notice details.

Sadly, its obvious the details provided by the board regarding the additional shares authorization not being issued or offered now or in the foreseeable future wasn't read or understood by the market.
