That's an understatement. This company is a disaster. The debt these patent trolls take on is insurmountable and unsustainable. The only reason it bubbled up from the muck was because of the grossly staged pump and dump using wash trades and fallacies of settlements on court cases that DON'T actually exist. Laughable that someone on here claimed to have "an incredible conversation with the lawyer." Beyond ludicrous.

MAXD's "algorithm" products are, as the market illustrates, completely worthless. The sort of junk from year 2001 that'd be bundled in with a Napster install.

Ever meet John Blaisure? Ever hear him speak? He's garbage in a suit.

This ticker needs to fade back into the OTC quagmire. Blaisure and Co. ought to be pushing mops.
