Until the company formally acknowledges that the deal has fallen through or that they no longer intend to pursue the purchase of the former INEOS plant, we would have to assume that it remains an integral part of their strategic business plan.

Obviously the original plan to raise capital through a 506(c) private placement offering didn't work.

Plan B?
