Current management looks like Charles' beard. Charles realized that people weren't buying his brand of doggy doo doo, so he put in Joe who is seemingly a nice guy but may end up more broke than when he started with Charles. The thing is an OTC (Oh That Crap) poster child company. Unfortunately the sound you may here in the future is the sound of a toilet flushing this deal to turdsville, the place where all these types end up. That of course is just my opinion.
