Ot-( I am chasing leverage in oil stocks ) . I reduced my position too soon on run up from 22 cents so I am also waiting for those"way below a buck " shares. Sorry it's possible you might have to find a new investment in 2019. Gse saga will still be going on so you could park your proceeds back there.
