CEO John Wilkes, MBA, CPA, CA has an impressive resume. Wouldn't you think that Wilkes with Big Four international CPA firm experience from Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) would be able to generate internal interim financials for a company with such a modest scale of operations, if any operations at all? Of course, there is a fee to publish the quarterly financials and the company's coffers appear to be quite dry. But wait, they do have $1.7M in deferred tax assets, but turning those assets into cash has apparently been deferred...

I find this all to be rather disappointing although not terribly surprising.

He serves as Chairman and Director of Great Rock Development Corp. He serves as Director of HemCare Health Services Inc. He served as Director of HemCare Health Services Inc. since October 29, 2010 until October 23, 2011. Mr. Wilkes served as a Director of NSU Resources, Inc. (Bio-Carbon Solutions International Inc.) from October 29, 2010 to October 2011. He serves as Director of Cyberworks Robotics Inc. Mr. Wilkes earned his C.A. designation with Price Waterhouse in Toronto, Canada in the late 1980's.
