He did take live questions and other than give general ideas about how the capital raise might be used, he wouldn't answer questions about some things going forward for strategic reasons (as expected). Seems he knew the callers, most sounded like long-term shareholders. One of the questions was about the status of he SEC registration, he basically said it could happen any day. There's a back-and-forth between SEC/Virtra, SEC gives Virtra comments on their submission and Virtra replies back as quickly as they can.
