Maybe they get the buyout offer? Other than that I do not understand why they want to go dark. The 8k is all they need to go dark and stay in dark as long as they wish.

I am positively sure the CEO, the management team and the board doesn't want to do stupid thing to jeopardize their money.

Someone knows something...Why a huge bid support? Someone wants over 325k. At this PPS nobody is willing to sell. I strongly feel the buyout is in the works. I am holding for the buyout. No fear on my end. There are thousands of companies go dark and they still trading like normal.
