Agree, once the China production agreement contract is confirm the share price will soar much higher then it ever did before in this year. Lacey is CEO and he is not going anywhere, the other guy is leaving the senior vice president is leaving. Lacey will get the share price back up. He will release a pr that will skyrocketing share price between now and next week. They need money to finish the UL testing to received their UL certification.

Dow Chemical has already had the PowerHouse Solar Single UL certify before, now that it is license to RGS Energy they've to get the product UL certify all over again. RGSE shouldn't have problems in getting the product re-certify because the material use to make the solar shingles has already be tested and proven to be safe. over 1000 thousand customers now has the solar shingles applied to their homes roof tops by Dow Chemical and non of them have not had any fire or safety issues with the solar shingles. By 2nd quarter company will be good to go.

wish Lacy would've released 3rd quarter earnings report today. Company drop the ball on releasing the earnings report during the regular market or pre market hours, instead of releasing them 7 minutes before after market closed last night. bad on their part. well maybe next time they will release the ER at the right timing. Earnings was very Good over 33% increase revenue sales up more than 20%. Spent most of capital hiring sales reps and buying equipment to install the solar shingles to be ready when shingle supply come in from pre orders. That is understandable they burnt cash to increase inventory and hire sales reps.
