Someone just sold 131M shares!!!

Yesterday was the first day and there wasn't anywhere near 26 thousand in volume...someone just dumped 26,200 at .05. That 26,000 is equivalent to 131 million shares prior the split...WTF?!! AND we have douchbag VNDM asking only .10...this is soo crazy!!!!!!
