For what it's worth. I sent an email last Thursday to Joe Moore of Windsun Energy Systems and another one to the Seafood Processing Plant on Fogo Island where they are supposed to install a windcutter. I asked Joe if he had any information on windcutter installations or even if any were planned for the future and his thoughts. I have not heard back from him yet. I did hear back from Fogo Island Processing Plant last night around 10pm. It said that they have not started the installation yet and that they would let me know when they do. I will pass along any info I hear from Joe or Fogo Island.
