Isn't the basis for your post that people are buying CREG because of a tangential or hoped-for relationship to the company that signed the MOU -- or because they mistakenly think it IS the company that signed the MOU? Once people realize the company they bought, while profitable, isn't the one they thought, won't they dump their shares? "China Recycling Energy" sounds a lot like the other company, but it obviously isn't.

There doesn't need to be MM manipulation (although there may be plenty) for people to head for the exits if they realize they bought the wrong stock. A few years ago, lots of people bought bankrupt Tweeter (TWTRQ) after Twitter's (TWTR) IPO thinking they'd discovered hundred dollar bills lying unattended on the ground. Turns out they hadn't.

Plus CREG isn't THAT profitable, and the earnings trend over the past few years is negative.
