Well, I guess we're just going to own a solid company no one knows about. Kinda sucks, but better than a crappy company everyone knows about.

We've got enough cash, time to buy and retire 15-20% of the OS. I don't care if we ever hear from the BOD, as long as they continue to make curt decisions advancing the health of the company, for the share holders, as they have. A share buy-back would be inline.

Does anyone know (tax relative) if Red Oak sold their investment to CCEL less than 2 years from Red Oak's initial investment, if there are greater taxes than holding for 2 years? Long term gain vs short term gains, etc.
