Can this company ride out this storm, looking back at the share price the last time it went dark, believe it or not, the share price did not suffer as much as you would think. I did speak to that son of a bitch Trahan, and I received an email from him, when I first inquired about the downward trend of the common stock. He was convincing, unfortunatley for me, he convinced me that the stock price would recover with good news coming.
It clearly did not, and a crap load of money later, I am left with false press releases, and past earnings, that some how materialized into thin air.
But can this company some how recover in 4 years, I am willing to wait that long to recover at least some of my losses. Even 30% of the money I put into this company would make me happy at this point.
I have looked into legal action, and every attorney only wants to sue the brokerage house, but my account was self guided, leaving no liability on them. Even with a rock solid case against Trahan, results are a long shot, with a crap ton of money to even get in the game.
So all I am left with is shame, and a capital loss of 150K. I am looking to move on, hopeful that maybe some day the stock will move again, basically I want to know if anybody else is in the same situation as me, and what their long term plan is. I just cannot understand how this company could just go to crap, did swift homes ever exist? There is no online record of it anymore, but before it did look legit. Is there really this European company they are doing consulting work for? Does seem kind of shady, why can't they tell us who the company is?
At this point I do not really care anymore, but I would like to know what everybody else thinks, people who actually own this stock, does anybody own this stock???
