The spin-off BS is the ultimate slap in the face. Michaels has pulled this shit in the past. He knows the spin-off shares will be worthless after the restriction is up. No one will be able to do a thing with them, except wipe away their tears for being ripped off again.

Sure hope investors don't believe your so-called spinoff dividend BS....
