The new 52 week lows have been on the rise for a while. In Sept. we could see on the NYSE 99 to 9 and 111 to 7. On the NASDAQ 124 to 22. But now the numbers look much different. On the NYSE today was 100 to 100. On the NASDAQ the numbers were worse, 76 to 86. These numbers suggest that fewer and fewer stocks are leading and making new highs. It also is a warning sign for the Bulls.
I shall keep on raising cash.
