Sure hope investors don't believe your so-called spinoff dividend BS. They know that any divie is required to be held at least one year, and then one has to get a lawyer and pay to get the restrictive legend removed from the restricted shares. By the time the 1 year is up, the shares structure will likely be diluted, leaving any investor with divie shares holding shares that may cost more to remove the legend that they can be sold for......plus, the divie would be taxable. Even worse, it is possible that your broker may not allow/accept deposit of divie shares in your account, just like the brokers that won't allow their customers to buy Hop-On shares at all.
