.....FC simply filed a form that they "could" issue up to 800,000 shares..............FC could issue fewer..........like 300,000 which is what they issued to pay uwbi cusip holders, imo.....................
.....sure, dilutes their stock, a tad...........but frankie/HOPE/carson/bristows control 100% of the voting stock, imo......class B.....................
....and the stock is EQUITY - - used to purchase an ASSET.....the DTA....for $178mm.............less $53mm in cash for the BK priorities......
....frankie/FC is making out like a bandit on uwbi.....but a WIN WIN WIN WIN for all of us if this 1/100 is true.....very possible......aimho.......
