I follow this board closely... Ram has never said that there wouldnt be dilution. He did state on different occasions that it looks veey favorable because there had been no dilution for so long. But he did always keep it as a forewarning that there could be some dilution ahead.

My only problem is i do recall there being a discussion on whether ot not carter would dilute to meet obligations at times. Now your saying only note holders are allowed to dilute but carter isnt?...
