This company is so messed up. Infighting like crazy. Both sides spinning their own versions. Shareholders getting reamed. Lawsuits coming soon from both side and shareholders will be involved too imo.

McKowen frustrated with Harding. Harding threatening McKowen. Selling farm assets at bargain basement prices, misallocation of funds, etc.

Shows you what happens when there are so many different companies formed to handle each aspect of the process. Intercompany business. Everyone has there hand out.
