Shotsky - you a lot have more experience investing in these holding companies than I do so your points are all valid as far as I'm concerned, I just don't see how the name change happening this week will radically change the pps.

But I agree it certainly is important. I'm just thinking the audited financials are what most big investors are waiting for.

If I'm wrong, let me know. You and that dude Carl have the most realistic perspective on this stock in my opinion.
