So Natcore is still at a stand still - been a long time now. This makes sense. It makes sense because Provini is a finance guy - he thinks like a finance guy - and that is where the action for the last many years has been. Natcore has engineers, research guys, and tech. people - but no business guys on the level that is needed.
The best thing Natcore can do now is to make Provini the head of finance (which is all he has done in his career, or get rid of him -he is not the right person to build a company) and get a business guy in there that knows business and how to negotiate business - and only business.
