Person with DJ in my non-auction league dropped him for McFadden today??? I guess move made sense, as he is a game out of the playoffs right now, so may need to win out to get there and byes hit his team this week. In this league, we are allowed one waiver priority move on Wednesday and one open move over the weekend. I am two games on the good side here and really tempted by not sure if I can afford to drop anyone.

RB's: Elliot, R. Smith, Hyde, Gurley, Martin and Mixon
WR/TE: Funchess, R. Anderson, C. Davis, JJ Smith Schuster, D. Parker

Non-PPR, with bonuses for long TD's and multiple TD games. must start 2 RB and 3 WR/TE(No TE position, they are under WR in our league). Then one flex of either RB or WR. So, with Funchess and Anderson off next week, dropping one of the other WR's puts me in a bind next week. I am tempted, but gut tells me making a move this weekend could hurt me more than it helps, as with RB's, Mixon is now clear cut early back with Hill on IR, R. Smith stands a chance to emerge in Dallas. No way I drop Zeke who can be the difference in Week 16 Fantasy Bowl if I make it and of course Hyde and Gurley going nowhere as clear cut leads. I guess if I were to make a move it would be Funchess or Anderson. Funchess stands chance to be a multi TD threat in any week with Benjamin gone and has seen the uptick in targets, while Robby is a threat on any play of any game to get a 40 Yd plus TD. That said, with Olson coming back soon, Funchess may be expendable given my other receivers.

The more I think though, the more I believe I have to do this and drop Funchess. Yes, he had a good game next week, but this week may be his veritable "Zenith" with Olson due back after the bye. The other four are all highly competent WR's and two weeks from now, I will know more on DJ, as well as if Smith has emerged in Dallas. While DJ is no sure thing, cast off on Monday may mean he can make it back for Fantasy Playoffs. While it will be hard for me to earn the bye without Zeke, getting DJ for first round of playoffs could most definitely help me win then and then a DJ and Zeke combo for a FB would be huge.
