Do you have your yahoo passwords saved somewhere?
If so, try and clear all caches, browser history and temp files.
Everything. Then reboot and try again.
Also, try another browser if you have that option.
Yahoo is working for me on all browsers, but I didn't update to any of their new versions.

The error reads like some sort of security or certificate issue as well.
