Ok, how about this. BVTK enlists an equity investor to buy let's say 2 billion shares of stock and agrees to pay the investor a 15% return on investment over a one year period at which time the investor transfers ownership of the stock to BVTK who can then retire the stock. The investor agrees not to sell the stock pending payment per the agreed to terms in one year. Possible??
