Only issue I’d like you to address: you posted that convo on the 7th stating you’d just spoken to him. That photo is from the 3rd.

Also, I called that number too. Guy answered: “This is Frank, how can I help you?” Without any type of accent, regular old American English sound. I don’t know about anyone else but by the way Frank types and makes the simplest of grammatical errors, I’m pretty sure he’s not speaking English with out the trace of an accent. In fact, I remembered there’s a video of an interview he did with a senator. I’ll watch it and tell you if that’s the voice that answered the phone.
