plex, there is only one person who knows ALL THE INFORMATION and controls the information we have heard about the upcoming trials ... that is Dr. M and if some don't believe him and his efforts to see this happen sooner rather than later, then those folks need to find another company with triple digit bagger potential.

As to the DOD evading the FDA's approval in the Senate's legislation, the language does require the two groups to be in contact with each other before a decision is made. My question: as this is DOD, does it cover the VA since it is a separate cabinet position?
