That is why real companies spend thousands of dollars filing for non-provisional patents - such as GWP.

Saying they are meaningless is coming from someone who doesn't understand the patent process and describes them as a street sign - that is too funny.

More bad news - companies don't acquire other companies for provisional patents. Your post is nonsensical at best - it certainly isn't cogent.

"Patent is only a street sign anyway, no matter submitted, provisional, innovative,or fully granted. It doesn't stop business deals. However it can stop viable companies from encroachment. The science backing a huge bonus. I'm guessing these claim stakes and the 6months plus of studies solidifies enough to warrant huge value momentum. They new what they had years ago and tried to stake it on their own. However since that time they've found the proper expertise in exchange for share of future equity. Tempo increasing"

Just another example of a investor not understanding the patent process and believing the forum hype without doing any DD.
