I just get the feeling the PTAB is feeling the heat and these judges are going to make a fair and honest judgement. They're under watch. They’re going to have to have some real good reasons not to validate VPLM’s patents. If not, it’ll probably be brought up in the Oil States trial.
The timing of all this maybe to VPLM’s advantage. I even believe having Apples oral arguments prior to the IPR Petitions may help on getting the petitions denied.
