Coco Libre closed March 31st.

Off the top of my head, I think Marley closed May 15th-ish, 16 days before close of Q2. Has the same leak-out provisions as Coco. No more than 20% per month.

The "timing" doesn't match up exactly. But their are loopholes. Dilution shares usually hit the market before the restrictive labels expire.
