@yiannisf…Maybe you can answer a couple of questions I have.   

1. DCTH does a reverse split and obtains an added suffix "D" to its symbol. After 20 days the suffix is removed. What's the significance of the 20 days?

2. DCTH, months prior to reverse split, voluntarily delists from Nasdaq, at least announces that it will delist. After which time, it will file application Form 25 where upon delisting will be effective 10 days after the Form 25 is submitted. In the meantime it moves to the OTC Market, has been trading there for almost two months but has never filed the Form 25 with the SEC. What's the delio?
