I don't disagree with the audit/uplist as the most significant event.
But the actual opening of the 3rd location will provide confirmation to a lot of people on the sidelines that these can guys can actually pull it off. Don't underestimate the caution of some folks (institutional types I am speaking of) before they invest in something with only 2 locations that grew organically over years. I'm sure some investors have had their doubts so I do think the actual opening could bring more investors in off the sidelines. Obviously the opening has to be successful as well.
Plus as I mentioned before the mass advertising campaign tied directly to the opening is also significant. Not sure if most folks know but they have never had a PR campaign before.
