"I have owned this stock for five years not three months I saw a chance to make some money and see what I thought was a good company progress."

How could you think this was a "good company" for 5 years? Should I post some more of their PRs from 5 years ago where they said manufacturing was ramping up and they would be shipping product in the next quarter? How about the PRs from that time frame where they said they had hundreds of dealers lined up across the country. They said 5 years ago they were working on certification. There is just something very wrong in that you could listen to the lies for 5 years and not catch on. They said they had purchase orders for millions of dollars and were beginning production to fill them. You need some tough love. You need an intervention. Isn't there anybody in your life who cares enough about you to sit you down and tell you that you were taken and it is time to move on? I find it depressing that it takes someone on an anonymous message board to play that role and hit you over the head with the facts.

"would like to see if we can just get out of this with our shirts on"

And I gave you that opportunity. There were hundreds of thousands of shares on the Bid yesterday at .012 and nobody sold their shares for that! You didn't sell your shares at 30 cents 5 years ago:

11/09/2012 0.2525 0.3 0.2525 0.27 124,548

So now what price are you looking for? You didn't sell at 2 cents a short time ago. What's up with that?

"At that time I don't think that anyone could have predicted this all coming down."

Of course people predicted it. We read the SEC filings and laughed. Have you ever actually read a single SEC filing of theirs and marveled how they said completely different things from their PRs and especially their email blasts?

"I have my own small company that deals with trusting my clients and they in turn trust me."

Good for you. I believe you are a good person. That doesn't mean you need to be a gullible person. Once a customer of yours screws you over do you give them the benefit of the doubt for 5 more years as they continue to screw you over? Of course not.

This is your intervention for all of you pathetic souls who say, "I'm down too far to sell". Get a clue and take control of your life. Don't harp about me selling my shares while you watched the company sell hundreds of millions of shares through the years!
