Have a technical question, sorry about that...What is the significance of the "20 business days" in relation to suffix "D" and its removal thereafter?

Interesting note from my broker earlier, “stop limit orders are not currently available for DCTHD.” Anyone else (for those individuals who are actually having a significant position) experiencing the same?
