Idk honestly but if I had to guess it would be because they wanted to make sure they could stay over $1. Would suggest to me that maybe won’t see much in the form of news for a bit. I could be wrong of course just odd they split that much. Or they use small float to pump the stock to exercise warrants or they adjusted the warrant exercise price down to get cash. Several scenarios possible
