It is frustrating. Are there any rules under Chapt.7 that prohibits disclosure during the process? I am not an attorney so I don't know. Perhaps they are not required to disclose and they chose not to.

To my eyes, it seems that the Anatabloc rights were leased or sold to another company so it could be reintroduced to the market. I hope it is the former, not the latter. And there is the question of the studies. What is the status?

There are so many unanswered questions. I invested more than I should have into this company. My financial advisor cautioned me when I spoke to him about RC. The only good thing is that I have some shares in a cash brokerage account where I can write the loss off my taxes.
