WMI had value as was supported when Judge COLYER had a stay on THE WMI case until the 99 trusts situation was taken care of concerning those............done aprox 6 weeks ago

WMI's safe harbored assets were and IN OUR opinion ARE held OUTSIDE of direct ownership of WMI and WMI WAS NOT A BANK so the FDIC had no control over them........And the FDICK-R has no choice but to return those, ya know 5th taking case type stuff, you should be familiar with a 5th taking case
