On November 9, 2017, Real Industry, Inc. (the “Company”) filed its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017 on its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the “Form 10-Q”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company will not be conducting a conference call for the third quarter period ended September 30, 2017, and will defer further commentary on the Form 10-Q until the Company has concluded confidential conversations with various sources of capital.
