OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is used throughout the business world and not just using parts from China. You would be surprised how many of the products available today are made in the same factory, but have different labels on them. Another term that goes hand in hand is VAR (Value Added Reseller). A VAR takes someone else's product and enhances it to make it more attractive to a consumer niche.

There is nothing wrong with the world of OEM or being a VAR. It is fine for Sauer to bring in components from China and add their slight modifications and sell it. It just means that they don't qualify a being the "manufacturer" as defined in order to apply for certification. It is extremely cheap to apply. The only reason you wouldn't see an application is if it were turned down.

The part of bringing in components from China isn't the problem. It is all the blatant lies that are so easily verified as lies. It is the fact they had to issue a convertible promissory note for $105K in order to buy those 6 units from China. They have no money to buy more even if they did get orders. When you take it to the next level, there is no big market for a 1.5kW $25K wind turbine that can only produce a few hundred dollars worth of electricity in a GOOD wind environment.

Why do you think a husband and wife with no engineering background (one a loan officer and one a real estate agent) and no experience running a public company can manufacture and sell a viable VAWT wind turbine when real companies have spent hundreds of millions of dollars and failed?

There is no level where this is an investment-grade company. It exists to sell stock and enrich Dieter and Ana and nothing more. The convertible note can be exchanged for shares in about 10 days. That is when they will start issuing news and that is when I will sell 16M shares and make their shares worthless.
