Will be interesting to see how it compares in terms of die size to Intel 14nm and Globalfoundry 14nm with AMDs EPYC.

QCOM claims 18B transistors on 398mm^2 for
45+M/mm^2 using Samsung 10nm process

Intel claims 100M/mm^2 with their 10nm process...........but show me a product at 14nm that even reached 20M/mm^2.......see if you (or ANYONE) can find me one

4 chips in EPYC total about 800mm^2 and about 19B T or about 24M/mm^2 using GF 14nm
