I will try. And I'll give a true, honest opinion of why things get deleted.

I Monitor numerous boards, and I know what I delete, and I see what other posts are deleted. Here's the short on it.

If you talk about another poster, you will get deleted. IN fact, you could have a WONDERFUL post, bullish OR bearish, but if you add a sentence that talks about another poster, then it is gone. IN spite of the good points in it. One sentence is all it takes. Like "you bears don't agree, but ..." (Or you bulls) because that post focused one sentence on other posters, it would go. It's really not that hard. I've also seen posts get deleted and the person rework the one sentence they they knew would be the culprit, and put it back up, and it stays the second time.

Oh, another thought on deleted posts. the moderators delete a FEW of them, but over 50% of the time it is an ihub admin who does it. You can tell though on your posts, by looking at it. If you look at your deleted posts, and it says "request review" then it was a moderator. If not, it was Ihub. And if a moderator deletes one, it can be overruled by an admin. If admin deletes one, it is gone. If an admin reverses it, a moderator can not delete it a second time. It stays. Admins have the final say.

Other things that get posts deleted. Using the F word, even if spelled with asterisks or something, or other vulgarities. Using the letters "wtf" stay, because Ihub assumes you meant freak. But if it is obvious, it is gone.

talking about a post getting deleted is enough, even if the rest of the post is good. remember, in all these cases, it only takes ONE instance of being off to get deleted. Keep it on the company. If GG says he thinks Roger lied, that post should STAY. If someone says GG is a jerk, or even if they just say he lied, that would be removed. It's the who of the sentence that gets it.
